Piconjo is more like an evil doppelganger, think of him as the Bizarro to Pico's Superman. As for Nene she's suicidal, the razor was for her wrist, the spilt milk was cause she's lactose intolerant, the noose is self explanatory and the knife is her weapon on choice.

i really like pico and piconjo is amazing
Yeah I remember Piconjo I'll say this, don't google some of his old animations as some of them are pretty fucked and kinda disturbing from what I remember, but in newground rumble he was cool to play in, as creepy as this character is, he is kinda cool in his own twisted way.
It's imposible for the tutorial to be easier, remember who is BF.
