A sound that keeps repeatedly playing throughout the pixel section is the "saved game" sound.
Is BF continuously saving throughout the song to make sure Sans can't win? It could be Sans too, but from what I remember regarding the Dusttale lore, I don't think he can save, or, at the very least, he wouldn't be able to around this LV.
