September 22, 2023 is both my 19th Birthday and Doki Doki Literature Club’s 6th Anniversary. Though it was on a whim, I thought I could record myself playing Doki Doki Takeover Plus, a mod of Friday Night Funkin’ that has been given high praise.
Although I was only planning on playing some of the mod, I ended up playing all of it in this three hour long special video, mostly blind.
This is a gameplay video showing off virtually everything there is in this mod! It’s not a video where I just talk about the game, but I may make content like that in the future if enough people like it.
To the people who made this mod, I hope you understand that incredible level of respect I have for each and every one of you. The amount of love and passion that oozes out of every single second of this masterpiece is something I think all modern games need to strive for. There is not an ounce of bad in this mod, I genuinely can’t critique anything here.
