Thats because jhin is on paper, the worst adc in the game with a fire rate cap that even with the scaling passive, has less dps than any other adc that can buy attack speed, has a magazine cap to make it even worse, and also doesnt have any ability that boosts dps like every other adc except an auto Q. The only reason jhin plays fine is due to the support cover that lets him trade for more in quick trades. He is more of a physical battlemage than an adc.
The new crown on akali is pretty fun, you can do alot with it and hourglass
