1. A real giant baby fetus monster.
2. A complete hallucination and it swallowing Ethan is actually Ethan dieing of a fatal heart attack due to being under intense fear.
3. A real but completely different creature from how we see it due to Ethan Hallucinating to see it as a giant baby fetus monster.
BY FAR the scariest part of the game! The last time I felt pure terror like this was in Amnesia during the infamous water part.
