hu tao is so cute, and yeah mihoyo has really slowed down in releasing content. tho i wish they would fix the issues with the game

They actually work well together since you want her to be at 50% HP for her burst to do big damage and combine that with Zhongli's fast and strong shields, you can more less keep her safe until she can do her burst.
