I check out what’s in the box for the Super Heavy Astra Militarum Baneblade. This kit is huge with 9 sprues. GW have also updated the packaging and instruction manual so everything looks new and shiny! (although the kit itself is dated 2007)

btw, pro tip, if you are doing a friendly game ask your opponent if you can give it extra wounds, they do make a massive difference
My advice for these behemoths is if you can sneak it on the board with Tallarn Ambush strategem, it allows it to always alpha strike. But if you want it on turn one, I'd suggest a techpriest or the custom regimental jurry rigging to keep it in top bracket
Oh yeah! Ready unleash eleven barrels of HELL.
Enjoy building that beast man, I had a blast (no pun) with mine. I don't even care how non-competitive they are, every so often I'll break that monster out with a horde of infantry.
It’s a big boi
I have one of these and I’ve yet to build it
Reminds me to research how to mag the Octo-Blade before I pick a few of those up.
IT IS THE BAAAAAANEBLAAADE!
Cool concept and almost want me to include at least one… Until you realize that sits on BS4+ no invul save and take at least 6 CP tu field them. And I have two 😅
Beautiful
I have a baneblade variant I can mail you if you want…I no longer have use for a guard super heavy tank unless they give us some love in the next codex and it gets a invulnerable save or something
Hey Guardsman have fun to build and paint this big boy, I will buy one in the future 🙂 At the moment I'm painting some guardsman highlighting (edge highlighting) too is not so easy but the good thing every guardsman makes me better as this 🙂 Stay healthy a christmas and have fun to build this bad boy 🙂
1 day il have enough cash to add it to my new army 😛
Im getting one as soon as I can.
It is NOT a well designed kit. Be prepared to repair errors and dry fit everything, especially the tracks. For the price I'd lean toward something more practical and useable for the army.
I don't care who you are, feel the might of the Baneblade!
