I'm not going to lie EA isn't helping apex improve but I do believe it is Respawn's overall failure as it is their job to manage resources into certain issues amd the servers aren't one pf them.

On more than one occasion since the Evolution event came out, I've wondered if this is an expermient to see how many regular Apex players will stay in their torture chamber of technical issues. I'm not a youtuber, but I captured around three minutes of hell a lot of players can relate to if you want to share in my pain.
Its just I don't feel that love anymore you know, Like back when I use to play Apex I had a connection thats all.

I think what will kill apex will be a game LIKE splitgate, in the sense that a game made by a small group of ppl that are gamers themselves and love this style of gameplay, develop a game with movement and gunplay just like apex but where constantly updating the game and servers. I am a Warzone refugee, and I must say Apex is a warm place for me right now, the game has eerything, the movement, the characters are so original, the maps are cool and diverse, it is really competitive and you really need ability and brains to compete, unlike warzone where any camper can win the match. But I have to admit EA has to give more love to the game, the servers are really bad sometimes (the collection event ruined the game for days) but other than that it is a blast to play, whether you are playing arenas or battle royale. Love your vids Big Citrus.
Seeing these vids form multiple people, really scare me. I love Apex and put in a lot of time and money. I just want the best for it and everyone π i do agree with you pretty much almost fully

They won't t fix the servers. They don't need too. People complain about the servers and how bad they are but apex still has a consistent playerbase. As long as its making EA money, then it won't be changed.

Yeah I think for me the servers are definitely a problem, but the way they are handling their game in general, and the constant ignorance , like, I get that sometimes you can't do everything, but if we're being honest, who's idea was it to make a noob weapon? It's a good concept but think about it, it's just a bad idea, yeah there are a lot of things people get wrong, but sometimes I feel like it's not just EA, it's also that respawn seems to have no idea what they're doing by constantly shitting out bad updates, not fixing the important things, and constantly screwing with the meta, personally, I'd prefer go back to season four sometimes just because the matchmaking was bad, but now it feels like every game, oh it's your first game on in a week? You're an average player? How about level three teammates and 4K 20bomb apex predator every season fifty thousand kill max level teamwork ultra sweat professional player three stack? I'm not joking around either, that's literally my matchmaking in a nutshell.

My immediate thought is not might its when.. especially if they keep these server issues with everything else going on.. ive been banned and revoked it 3 times now over it.
When I first came across the game (I think I just decided to try it on a whim when I saw it on the ps4 for free towards the end of Season 5. I was coming from playing TLOU multiplayer and was just looking for something new to play…I even tried Fornite but it wasn't my cup of tea) the first thing that stuck out to me were the characters and their abilities. I thought it was a very unique feature. But then I learned that each character had a unique ability due to their own unique backstory. This captivated me because it's usually only common in story-driven games, and animated films, not a BR-style game where the character you're playing is usually just an avatar to use for shooting. It was entertaining hearing certain characters make remarks towards one another based on their feelings at particular points of the season. Mostly I thought the devs must truly love these characters in order to put so much time and effort into making each character unique. You can distinguish Wraith from Mirage, or Mirage from Caustic simply by their dialogue. Most BR characters will just repeat the same lines their teammates are saying or they simply won't have any.
Also take a look at the Sims lol I USE to play that game in the past, but since The Sims 4 it just seems like they….just don't care what kind of content they throw at the consumers. They make you pay more for less content actually. There's even a Youtuber named The Lazy Game Review that reviews the game, and normally I'd watch his content to see if it's even worth purchasing any expansions at full price. The answer is no. Sometimes, not even on a discount. They're also backed by EA. And seriously if its EA's idea to come up with things like styling your kitchen for $20 with like 3 chairs, a ton of decor you can't interact with and a blender, I can see how they might ruin Apex lol
I only left apex because I am level 52 but am in level 500 lobby's, so every game is hide or get killed instantly
I guarantee I am missing something. Seen this similar take from multiple people, but Apex is a free to play game. Nobody had to purchase the game to play it. If there are server issues when new content comes out, whatβs the big deal?
