GW has deleted all my lists every week since the launch……. cause they fear the Carcharodons are going to take over the circuit!
Think I will stick with BattleScribe as it works with my other games like necromunda and kings of war. Why I love kings of war Multibasing making you a diorama.
Great segment! Tanya is absolutely crushing it! The QR code suggestion alone was worth the time investment of the whole episode.
Keep bringing the solid content!
1:25 is where the akward silence ends. ;D
Great show!
Sweet, 20:40 you can suffer from information overload like fighter pilots have to learn to deal with, and this is a war game. Great stuff, the QR code tech is there you can get orders done with that I think? That would be amazing!
Issue I have with GW rule books /codex is they stopped giving an option for digital codex. I have to buy a book for a code to enter into the app then I just have a book sitting on my shelf just collecting dust. Just let me buy the code or digital codex no need to waste the paper.
So I've been playing with the app a bit. I still think they have quite a ways to go and need to do some serious work on improving the interface. It's far clunkier than making a list in battlescribe. I put a unit of cultists in and had to change each Cultists loadout individually. You also should be able to select from a battlefield role when adding units, instead right now you have to scroll through the whole list of available units from all roles.
Damn! I was hoping this was the video release of the Ricky App Rant lost in the Faqqening!
As a consumer I want completed products. Especially considering the price for the plastic crack as it is. There is no limit to what we can do to digitally enhance the game. QR codes are genius. Imagine local gt being able to send supplement files determining terrain rules or objectives for attendees. The limit is the imagination and gw willing to take the steps to expand their product. I think people would pay if it was almost like a game. Build armies, test color schemes, forge narratives on units through games and self created lore and post them for public view. People pay more for less really
Big fan of the end segment about inclusion. Nothing has been more uplifting to me than someone in an established group engaging me, bringing me in with positive vibes. I’ve learned as someone in a comfortable setting it is your responsibility to welcome more people with those engaging welcomes. GW knows this that’s why their employees work the way they do.
Wow! What a long pause at the beginning
