How I Got Elite Skills In Tarkov! – Elite Strength & Endurance!

The soft skill system in Escape From Tarkov, while not perfect, is a really cool aspect of the game. If you put in the time to level these skills it can affect your character in some pretty cool ways. The system isn’t fully fleshed out yet, and some of the skills can get a bit ridiculous but as the game continues to develop I’m excited to see how the system changes. In this video I break down some of the skills and how I leveled them to max. Check it out!

  1. This makes it hard for the casual player.(only because I have to work and sleep)Extra hard since I’m newer to pc and this is first wipe. I feel like a snail compared to some of these players running and jump to what feels like COD style. They have a way of turning off the new player, even more mid/late wipe. Now I’m just a rat trying to crawl out of the sewer.

  2. perception is busted , u get in a fight , throw anything on the ground and boom you now how to hipfire with 100% accuracy , note the window gap is narrow but still before peaking you look at the item on the ground , inmediately peak the corner and thats that …

  3. Does nobody think that the skil system is stupid? I don't mean it could be imporved, I mean it should not be in the game. My reasoning is this: People who play a lot are better than regular players because: – they have better gear
    -they have more experience/knowledge
-and thanks to this system they are basically better than you at almost anything (you hear them less, they hear you more aaand they even just outright have less recoil, how OP is that???)

And it's a bad excuse to say "even the worst player can max these skills and be better than other by this" because who's gonna have the time and patience to lvl these skills? The good players!
I think the gear and knowledge difference is very much enough of an advantage for experienced players, there is no need for a straight stats difference.

  4. You can also use Technical Documents, 1 document takes up the exact same weight of 2 SAS drives, and they're SUPER cheap on the flea market. You can put them in your docs case and that's what I did instead of buying lots of SAS drives.

  5. If you have the coin farm, you'll have a lot of empty gas cans. Even empty they are relatively heavy. Bring a few empty cans into a raid with you making sure you're in yellow. Start earning strength as soon as you spawn in and when you come across loot toss the empty cans out, they aren't worth anything anyways.

  6. I will note, the Loot Proximity Notification happens for everyone, even beginners with level 0 perception. So Elite doesn't actually unlock that ability per se. It might make the radius bigger? idk. Might be another non-functional skill.

  7. I found the video kind of pointless. A streamer who plays about 30+ hours a week. If he played at the start of wipe that is about 880 hours. It takes 200-300 hours of in raid to even get lvl 51 for Endurance.

Str requires you to throw nades or weigh over X for a raid. Then you state to use a Air Filter, The 22 hour of bullshit that you can't turn off and only benefits people with no life or a streamers. It is not worth the 300K or whatever it cost to use one for 22 hours and maybe 1-5 hour of gameplay within those 22 hours. A casual gamer might have 10 million in stash depending on a lot of factors.

What do we see. Skills are great, but the major perks only happen when you are lvl 51, thus remains useless for anyone who doesn't have that. I agree that some lvl of a skill is great to help with recoil or walking silent, but the skills need a complete overhaul. Need to split it up so if you are lvl 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, etc.. you get a perk or bonus. Not only at lvl 51, you are a GOD and can jump over a 2 meter fence with max weight. We have to understand that WIPES might not be a thing in the future and then, the lvl will not mean anything as everyone who plays will have lvl 51 over a course of a few years.

To save some time… If you have no life or are a full time streamer, then chances are you are not watching this video. If you are a casual player, maybe 10-20 hours a week, then just play the game and don't worry about skills as you will always be behind.

Remember if you are looking for PvP, it is simple SNB is two shots to the chest all day no matter the armor lvl. 3 shot "Magnum" buckshot rounds from a shotgun will kill anyone (No faceshield could be insta headshot with a pellet). Shooting the head, will give you a kill.

Don't be sad that a SCAV who tanks 16 rounds of 7.62 BP or M855A1 kills you. Or a Shotgun Scav head/eyes you from 100 meters away behind a box.
