  1. Devs: Here is a demo, have fun guys.
Vulkan: Plan ahead, make your build, play efficient, be ready at demo launch….

Man, it is a freaking demo, not everyone wants to have a world first kill on something. New games should be discovered, not planned through. This aint a job, this is our leisure time.

  2. All I care about: Will it be well optimized and run smooth, will the matchmaking be functional and easy to use, and will the progression loop of collecting loot and building your character's power over time be engaging and fun. If it has those 3 things, I'm in. Too many games fail at nailing all 3 for me. Destiny runs incredibly smooth and has great matchmaking activities, but an extremely hollow progression grind and looting system. Borderlands runs alright and has a super fun loot and gearing system, but matchmaking is broken and non-existent. Anthem had…. well shit everything. Hopefully this game can at least do all 3 well, even if it doesn't have the best story or zones or state-of-the-art combat and AI.

I just want a fucking game that gives me fun loot and gear builds, runs smooth, where I can seamlessly dive into co-op with random people to smash through content.

  3. A demo is the right move. Give people that taster. That test. Let them TRY the game. A good demo can sell a game so hard. The Dragon Quest XI demo did that for me. I played the demo and then instantly bought the game after wards.

  4. The game seems rather to look towards The Division than Destiny in terms of loot. I love that. If the game have the intensive crafting system of Warframe, my social life, which is already agonizing, will definitely pass away XD And a extra point for being available on Geforce Now !

  5. This isn't meant to be a dig at all but rather an appreciation of your honest take on this. I enjoyed how you started the video out saying the technomancer was the class you were least excited about then proceeded to (at least appeared to me) be impressed with everything about the class as you went through the video. Kudos man, thanks for the info and happy gaming!

  6. Yeah, wtf happened to demos? Given how terrible most full game releases have been in recent years I am totally i favor to bring this back. People should have the ability to test the games. That way devs won't promise us stuff anymore that isn't in the game and we can see if the mechanics are working. I had enough of devs lying to us. I was defending CDPR because till Cyberpunk they always kept their promises. But after that fiasco I promised not to believe any devs anymore.

  7. I'm really looking forward to the demo. I'm a little bummed that we can't really do crafting/modding but it should give us an idea of the gameplay and whether the game is worth buying.
