  1. It'd be great if the streamer opponents carried some element of their personalities. Imagine if you played against Quill, and he was a ""pacifist"" or Spiff found exploits and was obsessed with tea.

  2. I love the idea of picking civ traits based on your starting settlement, it's much more "realistic" anyways. Like, civilizations were the way they were because that's how they adapted to their historical circumstances, right? In fact it's kind of silly that no one thought of this before (correct me if I'm wrong so I can play that game).

  3. I like but never really got into Endless Legend, another Amplitude Studios' game.
So far Humankind seems very similar.

Open question: apart from the fantasy trappings of EL, what are the biggest differences between Humankind and EL?
If I'm still playing EL, why should I switch to Humankind?

  4. Stop prepurchase games guys, wait for the game so we don't get dissapointed again like cyberpunk… Let the developer finish and optimize their games and not care more about stocks than the final product.

  5. There are plenty of things more expensive than saffron. Apparently the most expensive substance is Californium at $27,000,000,000/gram! It exists in the environment in very, very, very small amounts due to nuclear testing prior to 1980 and has been known to be created in natural fission reactors (!!!) in a uranium mine in Gabon. Otherwise, it all has to be created. The price is from 5 years ago, but I doubt there's anything more expensive. https://www.visualcapitalist.com/the-worlds-most-valuable-substances-by-weight/; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Californium

  6. The moment I saw this game I instantly loved it! It looks very very promising! I really hope they finish it with great attention to detail, and don't abandon it like Ancient Cities was. I am eagerly waiting forward to playing this! (plz don't let me down, devs).
