This champ is complete bonkers. You should try her top with rav hunter, riftmaker, nashors and then full tank (spirit visage, frozen heart, what ever) from there. She deals so much dmg you only need the two dmg items to kill everyone. She does not die as tank, her sustain is crazy.

Runes: Lethal Tempo, triumph, alacrity, last stand.
Items: Nashor's, SUNFIRE, Rageblade, Wits End,….
It's inspired on your tank master yi video. You lose a bit of damage but with sunfire you are tanky enough to 1v5. together with lethal tempo and rageblade you can shred anyone you duel.
