I PASSED UP THE CYBERPUNK 2077 CODE – Gaming News

None of this stuff makes sense so I passed up the Cyberpunk 2077 review/stream code and will just wait. There was an opening to get into streaming and such early but with the DRM and other things mean I dont trust what I would see

I am not one of those bigger gaming websites no 2-minute reviews here only details. Videogame reviews all the time. So if you are tired of short reviews, ones that don’t discuss all the games, this is the right place. No big website 2-minute stuff here.

Coverage includes ps4, PS5, XBox series X, Xbox one, pc, Xbox 360, Wii, Wiiu, Switch, and digital storefronts like Steam, as well as companies like Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo
Buy, wait for a sale, rent, or never touch it. The Patented Karak review system to see if a game is worth a buy upon release.
Integrity Statement*
Any game code supplied by PR/Dev is purchased again upon its release and given away to Patrons. No game is reviewed for free and no sponsorships for game reviews taken. My money is on the
the line just like everyones.

  1. I've made heroic, selfish and evil characters. There's no difference in gameplay so far. It seems like they took one of the most respected RPG's of all time and removed the RP from the G. Honestly, so far it's as on rails as the Witcher 3.

  2. You didn’t pass up the review code. You were just salty that you didn’t get a review code when everyone got one. Who are you trying to fool? You were complaining that you didn’t get a review code for cyberpunk in one of your previous videos now your making it sound like you didn’t want one. Your just like the rest of these hack YouTubers.

  3. Looking forward to your review. Many of the other reviews feel more like clickbait and mostly because they are not happy with the policy the company decided to implement on the game review code and gameplay clips that reviewers are permitted to use. I started (for about 3 hours) yesterday on PC, GOG version. I encountered 1 bug thus far, very minor. Game itself is a hallmark achievement in open world RPGs.

PS: really sorry to hear about your dog.

  4. I'm waiting on digital foundry's technical look at Cyberpunk 2077. Well, not waiting, bought it. Not for my "actual" game machine but for my rented Shadow system (it runs many games at 4K). Been "renting" a lot lately. To be able to play the new Watchdog, Assassin's Creed, and Immortals Fenyx Rising I pay for Uplay+, and to play new PC games I pay Shadow 24.99 a month. My i5 2500, 16GB Ram, and RX 590 can barely play these games. Haven't tried Cyberpunk 2077 but seeing how my PS4 Pro ran Assassin's Creed Valhala better than my PC I assume it will be crap.

  6. Completely agree about D&D, its an amazing creative and social outlet!! I started playing for the first time this year at the start of the pandemic and am still playing with those friends from all over Canada. Currently doing a Storm Kings Thunder campaign and I foresee myself playing for the rest of my life in some capacity :)))

  7. @acg I'll be honest, 10 hours only in with cyberpunk and I'm disappointed. The bugs are real (series x.) I understand launch bugs, but it's CORE mechanics that are broken. 1.) Weapons / armor just randomly unequipped. CONSTANTLY. 2.) You have weapons equipped, but you can't quick switch between them. Is designed to be done (pressing y, or holding y to bring up the wheel) yet it doesn't work. Have to go back in through inventory remove, then equip. ANNOYING. 3.) Sprinting is a chore!? Like, it works sometimes.

There are so many other issues, but these are CORE, which should work right from game conception.

  8. Well done, you!!! Think its really worrying where CDPR have looked to 'buy' in reviews and this is one of the more trusted game developers. Really think they've hit issues where they dedicated too much money into this game and haven't managed to achieve what they wanted and so consequently looked to heavily market to cash in on the pre-purchases. The more honest reviews I've seen of the game are real mixed and really hoping that people stop pre-purchasing as the gaming world has become more about marketing rather than producing quality. The least I expect when purchasing a game is it to be bug free and this should be a responsibility of devs. Might not be able to meet expectations of each individual consumer but producing a smoot game is something in their control
