It’s kinda gross how many Nintendo switch oriented creators are latching themselves on to rise and churning out fortnite clickbait videos. The reason why watching the people on arrekz open 50 talismans is entertaining, is because of the knowledge they drop while talking about each charm. It’s kinda fucked because the fan base of monster hunter are putting in 300 + hours of solid gameplay and know all the little nuances and tricks. there are already established content creators that are doing an insane amount of digging and testing to put forth even more knowledge. On the reverse side, I’ve seen one channel putting out “definitive” guides on weapons such as the long sword, but he never played until rise, didn’t mention counters, sheathing, building meter or anything that might be useful, and gets mad when people call him out. Another dude is clickbaiting “CAPCOM REVEAL TRAILER 2.0 MONSTER LEAKS EASY WEX CHARM GODROLL” on every one of his videos regardless of what the content of said video is actually about. While it may not be a huge deal, the monster hunter community is so endearing in the first place, because it is nothing like the gta5 or fortnite communities.
FYI you can even play the game by simply starting the software after you purchased the game and entered the module into the appropriate slot (will make a guide how to find that special slot later).
