On turn 1 he rolled antimatter meteor and you said he had to reroll it since he already did it. The strategem itself states "Roll one d6; that model can immediately use the corresponding power from the Power of the C'Tan, even if it has already been used this turn." So he didn't have to reroll there.
A good try for the guard, the Necron player simply had a lot of luck with the saves and re-animations in the beginning. And that is the problem with firepower army's in 9th, if they can't do the damage in the first 2 turns they almost always lose. 8th was boring with gun lists, 9th is better but gun lists have been hit (too?) hard.

The necron player was very hard to hear. Which does impact viewing the video, but overall a good report and a fun watch.
