Excuse the Introduction, doesn't look like there is going to be a patch 3.13, so this is our take this as our 'End of the Year' tier list to wrap up the current meta. These are the agents that we see as the best currently when looking at top level play, and comparing it to pro play, and the agents you should keep your eye out for going into the next Act.
Also keep an eye out for those long awaited Yoru changes, Omen Changes, and anything else to be added in the new act. Happy holidays everyone!

Personal opinion CYPHER and REYNA are definitely not B teir, I went from iron 2 to gold 1 in 2 weeks using Reyna 🥇and cypher if used right is a very good sentinel, the fact that he has a camera, his cages make audio if bon friendly steps in them is insane, the plays I have personally made with them have made me who I am today.
Also astra is A tier at best, lots of people misuse her and when thinking about it it's inconvenient in the middle of a fight to go in astral form to put down her stars so I would move her down to a teir

just add a flash on yoru's teleport so you get blinded if you see him teleporting LOL
i'm a raze main after maining sage and i'm new to fps, my aim is rusty and i'm still learning game mechanics, with raze's grenades and boom bots it helps me progress a lot with predicting where the enemy team are hiding, and pushing them into corners, love playing raze shes so fun and the mobility and movement is insanely fun
I feel like kayo should be A tier because his kit can stall and gather info really well and suppression can nerf characters like Jett, chamber ect
I feel like Skye should be higher than viper
Just personal opinion, Chamber is A tier, maybe even S depending on the maps. He has a really good escape skill on a 20s CD, that is huge. He can play so many off angles because of this and can even reach higher elevation such as the generator on A site Ascent, on top of Truck at A site Bind, top of mid generator on B site Haven etc. He has so much potential.

but he is a really op agent and it is way easy to use it as an alternative for jett
and a good chamber can carry the whole team

Pros don't really run Astra on Icebox either. That's a Viper map.

I think Phoenix should be B tier I top frag with him almost every game
Astra is so hard to learn but once you get her down she can be the whole teams "Guy in the Chair"

You should switch Omen and Brim around. You said "with the range of their smokes, Brim just can't outmatch them". That's false. Brimstone could smoke the whole map and his smokes deploy faster (plus one more than Astra) and Omen just takes a long time to deploy. Astra deserves S tier, but Brim should be B tier and Omen should be C tier because his tp is just horrendous, and his ult is near useless.

Shouldn't Kayo be at least A-tier? He's good especially on Breeze and Icebox since a well placed knife could deny the enemy team smokes since Viper is always a must-pick on these maps.

unpopular opinion, omen is slept on. Honestly with omens tp has an unreal level of ability to negate stalling utility if teleporting to a safe spot. That safe spot can be created by the double initiator meta that we see and some smokes. So omen does benefit really well with teamwork. Also omen has more one-ways than astra or viper which is really valuable. Not to mention, he is great at lurking and flanking. Also, omen has a really good post plant because he can one-way the spike! and I haven't even seen this strat before. Suuuuuper underrated
litearlly sova is a great character, yet the people who play them are not the best

ayo if anyone here truly wants to learn better game sense and get better aim i would suggest creating a side acct or smth (not smurf tho) and only play sage, its like cs:go you have to have good aim to play her well and your game sense needs to be really good to use her utility.
she trained both my aim and game sense so well that after a week of playing on my sage acct and my main (viper and skye) i could definitely see the improvement.
and in fact my sage acct was placed higher then my viper skye main and i was able to keep that and rank up then i was able to then transfer the gameplay over to my main agents and rank up to D3

im no pro but that seems like an improvement and its the fastest improvement out of all of my friends that we have ever seen aside from my sage main friend lmao. she is rlly fun and as long as your teammates don't ask for a res or heals when ur fighting and they're dead mid site there's no complaints about her agent design for me. losing to a top frag sage main is not as frustrating as losing to reyna top frag for some reason. (u know what i mean?)
