Would go well on a healer support.
Passive: medical stockade – carry 6 small healing items and 3 large healing items per backpack slot.
Tactical: bio chaff – grenade. Enemies hit are stunned and dealt ten damage, minimap is disabled for 10 seconds. Teammates hit heal 10 hp and are immune to scanning abilities for 10 seconds.
Ultimate: three shots in a sniper with a 6x-10x scope. Teammates hit are healed 25 hp or revived if knocked. Enemies hit are dealt 50hp and have any momentum cancelled.
