For cover to cover close quarters fighting, I think this is going to separate the good players from the great players once mastered. Thanks Merchant 🤍
This is cool but different movement techs could overshadow this unless it something that people don’t see coming but the noise of the melee gives you doing it away
"jo! wassup guys, mokey here, we have a new movement tech"
dude this is insane
this looks really cool with the rampart heirloom
I once saw a guy flying through the hair punch the tip of a rock they were flying over for extra momentum and it worked.
"Jo what's up, Mokey here. We have a new movement technique"
This is has actually been in the game for a while, I’ve done this a bunch of times hitting my teammates waiting for the arena round to start. I thought it was just sliding backwards.
Just tried it out… this is game changing.
found this out a few hours ago, only to see that you made a post):
Respawn needs to get rid of all these stupid little movements. Lol how pathetic.
Now I know why I kept slipping off roofs whenever I try to punch my teammates off.
🤦🏻♂️ without even knowing I have been using this for 1 year now
Wait, I usually used this back in season 0, I discovered it accidentally by missclicking but thought it was basic knowledge since it's kinda easy to execute.
I stopped using it frequently because there aren't really great places in WE and Olympus, only in that cascade from Hammond Labs but that's it.
Figured this out one game. This was actually new?
Wait this is considered new ? This is one of the few movement techniques I take advantage of. I normally jump and Melee a wall into a crouch to slide back.
I knew about this for a bit now, but I never thought it could be useful.
This is the reason why its harder for more new players to get a 20 bomb
Something I can practice on console!
I did this months ago on accident 😂😂😂
tried it on console you can do it while standing if you crouch right after punching and you also can do it on a jumpad to go backwards kinda useless on a pad though.also while standing or crouching punching someone for a quick retreat same after jumping on pad. thanks for the tip it's the perfect counter to someone trying to punch you out.
Well, we know what Mokey's next video is about!
All the tricks you cover, do they work on Playstation?
One more movement mechanic which I will never be able to actually use in game.
u can do this with wall bounces and superglides
This technique exists for ages, but People didnt realize it.
Superglide > tapstrafe 180° way more faster than this trick 😅.
Unless the wall is too high this trick might usefull
I learned this by playing arena and punching the wall at spawn lol
u can do this on console
I guess I've already been doing this and didn't realize how I was doing it
MOKEYSNIPERS NEW VIDEO about this MOVEMENT!! CHECK HIS CHANNEL.
Honestly didn't know this was "new" or something to be talked about even lol. If I did I guess I could've "changed the game" a long time ago. I discovered almost right away that punching things would launch you backwards in a lot of different scenarios. I didn't know the specifics about it to replicate all the time but I would often use it for fun while just moving around for an extra speed boost, mainly because I always just punch and move frantically about normally. But hey I guess it goes to show that even the most simplistic things should be mentioned because there are TONS of people who clearly still didn't know.
Really hope this doesn't get patched out😔
I found this out hitting the arenas barrier last season
It works on the water in the new map. You can repeatedly melee the water surface and zip across the entire length while crouched. All the enemy can see is basically half a body moving across the water at full slide speed.
I've known this forever now, just didn't think there'd be any use to it
I found this in Arenas when I was bored. Also hit a nice clip with it
