I won't be surprised when they Nerf moaning winds to be on a 8 seconds cool down no matter what weapon you use it on.
I think you'd get more damage and survivability if you used impale over gravity leap since impale gives an armor and health regen boost upon every killing impale. Also, since the 4 meter close range extension is gone you are essentially always needing to be in closer. Then, if you are in close you don't need the 60% bonus range on earthquake allowing you get another mod for damage. That mod could be power assimilation as elite enemies are considered to be any enemy with more than 1 health bar. On most expeditions, that number of elites is a large amount. Power assimilation can also replace unstoppable force for players that don't have a pyro leveled up.
Aside, another weapon mod suggestion could be radiation splash alongside moaning winds on one of the weapons. That way you AOE apply vulnerable when reloading that weapon. I have not tested the difference between fortress not being there for other damage sources. This could then free up the mod on the pistol to replace with another damage mod or even use something like freezing/bleeding bullets. These are likely just alternatives though as I do suspect fortress is still greater damage overall but with a different playstyle.

Why use Anomaly Echo over Power Assimilation? There's more potential for higher damage with Power Assimilation and the focus is on elites with higher health pools.
Devastator is going to fall off as soon as they decide to Nerf morning winds a lot of these builds for devastators is only really getting that damage from that mod it's kind of sad.
I don't get why you add skilled sentry to the resistance piercing and thus to the damage bonus of unstopable force. Skilled Sentry does not increase your resistance piercing. Also also, for the longevity of this build, you should find a way to work without moaning winds. Just in case it gets nerfed. Otherwise, great build.

Check your inventory in outriders, even thou your items did not get while you should have some high power guns and armor if you made the characters in the first couple of weeks of the game

Have only about 1/2 of the needed mods and gear, missing the helmet and level three mods but solo on level 13 stargazer first try out solo, finished under time with 110: damage. I can see when I get use to this and farm the rest of gear this will be a beast of a build. Thank you for the share!
