Are we just gonna act like jitter aiming isn’t a thing though? Plus the movement is far worse on controller. Not saying controller AA isn’t pretty gnarly but cmon, but saying M&K has no advantages is just stupid and a one sided way of looking at things.

It has to do with what your personal meta is and not what the community meta is. What do you prefer or what are you better at? Of course if a good MnK player gets controllered then they bitch about them being on controller and what the advantages are and it works vice versa. So just use what you prefer and what your best at. Guys you have to understand that in competitive it all comes down to close range engagements where aim assist in apex wins against best k/m players everytime, especially with high movement speeds/skills in apex. I believe respawn should really nerf aim assist in close range a bit so it is not always 1 sided.
You can have aim assist on mnk? It’s called Cronus+next gen console easy pred and easy comp.

As a master player aim assist is fine where it is, in a regular game where most engagement start at medium to long range mouse and keyboard has the advantage for those early knocks and damage the only reason there are so many pros that complain is because pro games there are 18 or 19 squads in the final zones so every single fight is forced to be close range and therefore gives controller an advantage the game should not be changed just for a few crying pros

Destiny 2 uses an altered aim assist for mouse and keyboard. There are larger hitboxes than is shown by the character models allowing for less precise aim. However destiny is also a headshot dependent game so it might be a little different. Different guns/sights also have different aim assist values so a sniper would have more aim assist than an smg for example; to suit their intended ranges

I've played 5 seasons on each input and controller is superior.
To all the people complaining about NOKOS comment you have to realize basic fact that any controller player at any level can randomly hit those 200dmg beams. And they can hit them way way way more consistently than mouse and key players.
The most obvious argument will be “but mnk has movement! They can flick! But muh sensitivity!” Which are all warranted complaints From controller players but they don’t make up for the obvious handicap controller aim assist gives to someone in a close range fight. Which is the most common fight that happens in apex. Face to face.
Don’t come after me about jitter aiming or tapstrafing.
Respawn has already confirmed they are looking into changing aim assist so cope even harder.
