I want to be clear. I am 100% on board with the idea to give loot to players who missed play time, or experienced issues. I am not okay with it being perfect as it can impact records, the overall economy and is a shortcut to endgame if people keep it. Give everyone some 95k guns and it wouldnt have been an issue, and everyone wins. Instead many were raised to the ceiling.

You are so wrong about The Division 2. The god roll stuff isn’t the reason the player base declined and you can not min max a full build in a day, it’s because there’s no content and the game pretty much got abandoned

Agreed 100% I think if anything maybe a 80k firepower starter set. Perfect rolls on high end guns will just ruin the game and potentially nerf ct15 times. I thankfully got 4 thunderbirds 😂 from this patch and it didn’t ruin it for me. I kept one but chances are I’ll never use it anyways.
I don’t think there’s a problem because there’s no dedicated drops so the “chase” is already ridiculous anyway. I would lose interest in getting a item to drop in the huge loot pool before I lose interest trying to get a god roll.
Also, the few godrolls I got didn’t do anything for me. They were things I dismantled (mostly leggo’s from demo). Again, I don’t think the majority of the playerbase were sitting on tons of top tier legendaries, same for my buddy. I’m not going to be running expedition any faster. They didn’t award with me random things I needed, just trash I dismantled.
We need to stop saying that EVERYBODY GOT LEGENDARY items, because there are some of us, while we didn't experience the loss of inventory or got locked out of our characters, didn't get anything. STOP SAYING THAT EVERYBODY GOT LEGENDARY ITEMS!!!!!
I can see why casuals players who dropped the game after getting their gear wiped are happy, and also the mixed feelings of the more dedicated fanbase, but those people (especially the latter) should also understand the new frustrations of people who have put some serious time into the game. Then the giving out of gear has been based on their really flawed metrics, so a lot of people are complaining about not getting gear, and and some have gotten random amounts, and people like pwn have gotten a lot of gear when they didn't even have the bug. It's just been really badly done.
This really isn’t an issue due the the fact that this game is a one off. Also if you are a devastator you don’t use guns anyway lol.

and also some people got beyond god rolled guns. some people got assault rifles Inferno seeds etc. with killing spree and dark sacrifice on them. saw a stream with them 1 bursting all elites.

I got a total of 14 but some was duplicates I didn't need so basically I walked away with 10 or 9 different legendary items. 2 of those was armor pieces but like the worst they could be. Seismic Commander gloves and statue legs. Also I already had them. Even had the tier 3 mods unlocked too. The rest was guns I also had on hand and with the mods unlocked already. They wasn't even good guns except maybe a Thunderbird. To be fair I didn't go through any inventory problems at all so I can't complain. I don't think this will really change anything for me. Not sure about others luck though

All my thoughts were quite similar… not even sense giving people different stuffs, just give everyone the same things, to be fair. And not perfect items of course.
I'm day one since Demo, 300h on Demo and almost 400h on game, and I got NOTHING, at least so far… and I'm happy… since I'm a bit crazy looking for completeness by myself in these kind of games.

Let it go man. Literally nobody uses legendary weapons to you know…shoot with. The Death Shield and the dark sacrifice smg is the only exception. But if they ever allow people to customize their legendary weapons and armor for variant, stats, and mods like people have been asking for and being ignored, I'll be furious though. Easy fix is allowing people to use resources to upgrade their weapons and armor with drop pods or something (another constant request that is perpetually ignored).

I didn’t get any god rolls , but I’m ok with that. I grind for my weps and is 98k pretty happy with that

I have no problem with the loot God roll given to those that were affected…… i was not 1 of them. i chose to fully paid and support PCF and would had appreciated if PCF did this for me if i had gotten affected…. there will be more content and more new loot to chase so don't worry about…… Is just a video game for crying at loud…… Damn if you do damn if you don't…..
Last night I was in a few groups where the host was wearing full legendaries – weapons and armor and when we did a CT15 they just wreaked everything. I could not get enough kills to even keep my toxic rounds up and my damage dropped from 120M+ when with groups in purples to 60-70M when grouped with what I assume were god rolled hosts. And once the results were in I got kicked every time. When I got a "regular" group I was in the top 2 DPS every time but once the host crashed my next group was almost always in full legendaries and I just could not keep up. It was not that way ever before last night. I was pretty upset.

I got 6 god torment and agonys (6!?) and only ever dropped 2, 1 i kept and 1 i dismantled, couple of pieces of the plague sewer set, and……..an almost full set of cannonball gear. Thanks PCF
Right I mean OK maybe it shouldn’t have been by video games are complex beasts and nothing is ever perfect and they could’ve can’t beg for another six months another year trying to work out bog Sam still put it out and under a severe load and mine are still demonstrated issues they haven’t thought of
I feel for him to dude but they could’ve just created a new character play it on anything they lost by now would’ve been recovered through normal gameplay and they would’ve had fun doing it all over again instead they spent a month matching whining and complaining about how they can’t play their character in one because it was ridiculous all the guard roll items being issued
I came to see what you’re saying but I don’t agree with you the division one was even more so like that and no one was happy with the transition from the division one to the division two however I do agree with you the division to kind of guide off once they put the recalibration la station back in where you could just put whatever you wanna diamond max it out Quebec dam had its own issues primarily being the biggest draw for a lot of players was PVP and they ruined PVP I’ll be there literally still die hard playing division one just for the dark zone

They kind of did the same thing bad anthem did it all with such a rocket launch and trying to make up and then people bitching about the hall terrible loon which I never understood how it’s not the loop was fine and then all of a sudden became really easyAnd people in the valve with the perfect belts I was soloing the tub get all of the hardest year I can’t remember the terminology but I was soloing the hardest year in the game and not once but repetitively because honestly I could never find anybody want to do that Hardisty air but I was soloing it and the game is just boring there’s only five strongholds and how many times can you run over before you kind of ruined it
The very worst thing a PVE only shooter can do his hand out easy loot I’ve been saying that since I don’t know patch one point I don’t remember which patch it was when they made little better in the division one I thought it was a terrible idea I like the idea that people had to search around and serve I am Persians and in the dark zone in various places to get certain types of loot and that it was difficult and then they made it easy and again like you said for the Division II it was the same way in the division want you could spend like three hours driving in the dark soul and I have a complete set up for your character Garold I mean it was easy you can you can but you you had PVP in that game so you get your character building and get all your gear and get everything set up and then you go PVP and that’s continuous fun it doesn’t give me that really doesn’t get boring if you get bored you go build another class or are you try to change it on from the mat and do something outside the metaBut this game doesn’t have that this is just PVE so once you’ve got the perfect build what’s the point after that you just smashing everything you do and it’s boring

I get what you saying but not EVERYONE got EVERYTHING. I'm on PS4 with 4 characters and got nothing, which is the way it should be because I wasn't locked out for a month and I didn't lose any items. If you have every item godrolled then yep you have point but I feel that you are talking about a situation that only streamers are going to have as they have put hundreds of hours in got nearly all the legendarys anyway and then had them all duplicated as godrolls. Don't get me wrong I am really sorry this has killed the enjoyment for you but as you say you have the option of deleting them so I'm not really sure where the issue is.
In terms of the wider community, speed running etc they have exactly the same options and they are free to do as they wish. This is not a live service game, it has an end point.

I just wish more ppl with contact to the dev's can continue to limelight the fact that the "game" is borderline unplayable with friends on xbox 1x console anyway and I see the playstation guys and gals are all suffering the sign in boss and many other issue's. Between the poor peer2peer connections, loss of connections to host resulting in a load screen limbo and restart of the game app, the amount of times I start a expo with a group and it leaves them behind at camp THEN the invite list becomes greyed out in xbox app and the ingame join friend feature is so hit and miss it often takes 10min to get the expo rolling with friends again ONLY to have framerate drops to less than 5frames a second THEN it blackscreen and game crashes to xbox home… I've lost count the amount of times I have been disconnected at the boss fight… or any random section of almost every expo on xbox 1x. I cant think of 1 that I can consistently run without fear of having to reboot the game, solo is alittle more stable but it blows let's be honest… Also I did 9 tier 15 gold runs with a mate in a 4hr period total yesterday (due to connection issues not on my end I'll add) with only 4 total legendary drops, 3 being dupes and the stats for all were so low I couldnt even consider keeping them. Anybody gonna hammer PCF about the stealth loot nerf either?? I struggle every day to bring myself to play it each day. If it weren't for my mates interest in this "game's" progression's cycle, as I do myself, i would have been done along time ago. Fin-

This complaint is for the 1% I don't have time to grind it out and kill the game within 2 months of it being out. Sounds like a streamer complaint cause as a casual player I'm happy
I got lucky I was never affected by the inventory wipes but I got a 99.4k Anemoi I already had one but now I have one with a pretty number. Moaning winds isn’t affected by Firepower (I assume) so it doesn’t do anything but make me happy cause looks cool.
