In this one we are taking a look at a new discovery regarding legendary drops and mods in Outriders. I’m not 100% sure if any of this was mentioned but who knows, the drops are only getting worse for people as they continue playing. Let me know your thoughts below 😀

  1. I would link this video to them and get them to answer the questions, will be interesting to see what verbal gymnastics they come out with!!

Another issue is encountered is while using devastators Leap, every time I used it and he jumped down, my character literally couldn't move for 4-6 seconds or perform any actions whatsoever, but previously as in last week when I completed ability I could immediately react to dodge out of mobs, but now I can't I'm getting literally pummeled and die so much!!

  2. regarding the mod changes that might simply be because if you really think about it the demo is in a way like a beta and we who played it are like play testers so maybe they thought on some mods percentages were too high and others too low, conspiracy there, now if that happened during the full game, then yes very bad form.

  3. I've heard that demo builds split off from the main game months in advance so it's likely that the full release had an extra 6 months of tweaks and changes and that's why there's balance differences.

  4. I wanted to share this with you since I been working on this tonight. I decided to do 12 expos in a row doing 4 at the same CT starting at CT13, then CT14 and last CT15. All runs was good clear. I ended up with 3 legendary, one being the cannonball boots and the other 2 being duplicates of what I already had. I'm still missing a few also. I have all expos done plus EOS. Now last week I use to get a legendary pretty much every run on 14 and 15 with one out of 3-4 runs I wouldn't which is fine. But from what I can tell the drop rate has been changed from my point of view. There is a pretty good chance they are trying to slow people down getting legendaries to keep people playing the game since the player base is so small now not even a month in.

  5. Not only that but now if you farm hunts, bounties and historian you can’t just turn down the word tier and turn it back up for turn in. Even if you do 1 of them at world tier 1, it screws up all the rewards. They’ll all be level 28.

  6. I have not purchase & play this game yet (wait for 6 mths), but I have been watching a lot of vids in YouTube from different YouTubers, basically Outriders is a skill-based game, weapons r just tools that proc skills, reduce cool down, and/or increase skill power, so attributes of gears and weapons (especially weapons) r more "fixed" in value according to levels & WT.

In short, Outriders has it own mechanics which cannot use Division's mindset to look at the weapon system, there r good & "bad", but more good to me than bad. Good thing is, it doesn't matter what u get, if u know how to config the built that suits u, u don't need legendary.

Another thing is, players can upgrade the attributes on gears & weapons anytime, there's a cap though, but not an issue, resources needed to upgrade r not generous, but definitely not stingy like Division, complete a few missions & players can get enough resources to upgrade weapons and gears.

Mods on gears and weapons r the name of the game, so getting exotic or not is not really that important especially at early of the game, getting Class-3 mods from exotic r more of the focus.

The 1st guy that completed the eye of the storm in solo, the real deal come from mods and skills. Exotic was becoz it has a Class-3 mod which he need in the weapon and he roll in another mod just to suit his style, as for the mod he rolled in, I think it was a Class-2 only.

In summary, if I am to pick up this game, I won't focus too much on exotic weapons but the mods in that exotic weapons. If I can get a weapon that has a Class-2 mod I need, I can always roll in a Class-3 mod, and is not necessary to b exotic, BTW, the game also allow players to upgrade the rarities, so why must get exotic?

  7. As of a few days ago, my mods don't even work properly in single player. My embalmers rage isn't working right and the mitigation from death isn't procking. I'm running ct13 with a max trickster that was running ct15s a week ago and now I'm having a 3rd of my bullets doing 0 damage. I'm done with this game until they can get there crap together and actually fix something.

  8. I want to THANK YOU, very much for this video!! It PROVES TO ME, something that I always knew went on behind the scenes in games! The fact that they buff and nerf things behind the scenes is a fact that I’ve always believed. More importantly something I’ve always believed was that “GLITCHES” were in fact back doors left in by game coders so that they could go back later and have a “GOD” mode. The reason they’re discovered isn’t an accident at all, it’s leaked on purpose or not on purpose but either way it gets out and it allows the consumers who purchased the game have a little fun to keep interest in a fading game or cause some publicity for said game. Either way you look at it it’s all about MONEY! 😉

  9. game is dying by the day. they just took our money and ran. funny how theyre so fast to nerf everything but it takes forever to fix ongoing issues that actually matter.

  10. people like this should not be allowed to play in matchmaking!
that's not right I did most of the work in the activity right when I died because he was not giving me any backup he choose not to revive me and then when I go towards the pod he kicks me!!!
the way he played at the beginning of the activity there's no f**** way he would ever complete the eye of the storm!!! every time I kill an enemy he did the emote suggest thinking…
#outriders #squareenix #peoplecanfly III Rain was his or her name
    outriders @peoplecanfly @squareenix
this kind of person is a reason why it took me 20 attempts just to find a group who actually work together and help each other to complete eye of the storm!!! this community is a lack of respect and lack of teamwork ship is beyond astounding

  11. FYI People Can Nerf just bought TWO new studios with all this money they found so they can work on future projects. Amazing that a company not sure if they would make their money back so couldn't test and buy private servers found enough to do this. Yet the game is STILL ridiculously broken. They got us good everyone. I will never buy anything from these charlatans again.

  12. They definitely have messed up the drop rate and loot and mods… I've been trying to get this tier 3 hunt the prey mod – they are literally awarding me every other item in the loot pool for moster hunt 10x over and haven't seen this damn piece but once when I didn't realize I needed it 😡🤬😡 these dudes have to be stealth nerfing stuff – this is unbelievable

  13. according to wiki quite a few mods were changed like ultimate damage link and others.. btw ash status doesnt last as long on enemies thats why it gets the extra 5 percent more than other status effects i believe

  14. come on man, nobody farms the captains in the regular game. lots of better farms. as for "nerfs," it is conceivable that for the demo they wanted the mods to actually do more since it is level capped. the legendary discoveries you made are pretty well known. the only variability is DPS(100k) and armor(11.5k or so).
All attributes regardless of armor/weapon will always have the same bonus cap. So a godroll would be getting the right 3 attributes with a usable tier 2 mod and a decent DPS/Armor value. To that you add a tier 3 and are good to endgame.

  15. idk is everybody is full aware of this, but actually since the game release the only they have done that work is the big unnecessary nerfs, the rest got worse, inventory wipe, people still waiting, servers fuck up,abilities in some cases broken the game like trickster ap build like you can't even move or walk after using abilities, mods no working and the list can going and going, scaling all fuck up,legendary no dropping

  16. I wrote about this earlier. This is BS: they are not patching the demo, so it becomes less and less representative of the full game. (Helps to compare them to see the nerfs dough 🤣)

  17. Stop thinking that demos are a portion of the full item. It’s not. The demo is literally a showcase of how the thing works. The devs can make it however they want to sell it to you. It’s been happening since The Division E3 in 2013!! That demo that they showed ended up being nothing like the full release.

People need to learn that a demonstration is not symbolic of the full item. It’s only to show the workings of the thing. If people keep thinking a demo is a small amount of the whole and not a showcase of how the thing works, then you’ll keep losing your money to this trick!!

  18. I joined a random game with someone using a trainer in ct15 eye of the storm it freaking droped 12+ legendaries but not from the 4 fixed drops the first 4 ware purple (max 3 ware kegandaries) and the bonus stuff gave it it's kinda fun

  19. My lmg base damage in the demo was 332, when my stuff was transferred to the full game the base damage dropped to 262. A 70 base damage reduction on just one piece of gear, The nerfs started from day one of full release.
