Hope Xbox doesnt buy another studio. So dumb when established series go on a single system. They need to for a bunch of new studios and make new IP for the Xbox. I bought my copy of Skyrim on PS3 so I cant buy the next one on anything but the PS5. Same reason I havnt played Bayonetta 2. I am a loyalest so the first system I play a series on is the only system I buy that Series for.
There are no games to even play on new systems, who wants to play Spider-Man? Lame. Only reason I want a PS5 is due to my kid stealing my PS4 and putting in her room

The current Switch as it stands; appears to be more powerful than the last gen PS3 and Xbox 360 (Pro variants of those consoles if you will). How close would the hypothetical revision this year; be to a base PS4/Xbox One? If it matches these consoles in performance; then what would they aim for with the real Switch 2? Would that be more powerful or equal to a PS4 Pro? I think it safer to think that the revision this year will be a stability update that smooths out all the noticable issues we are seeing (smoother frame rates) and 4k upscaling. If the revision does any more than this; then the Switch 2 will have to do a lot more; in order to be worth it and I don't think Nintendo would want to set the expectations that high for a Switch 2.
The funny thing about Nate saying everyone asking for Mother 3 won't buy the game is that when Mother fans were asking for the first games localization and it happened it topped the Wii U sales charts.
Microsoft buying sega would mean the death of many sega titles. Japanese games sell like crap on Xbox. Staying third party is the way to go.

Anyway, chat AND click thru chat were shitting on nate. Nate the hate is not only right, but its far worse for Nintendo. They've had it way to easy and they aren't getting punished because their hardware concept is a smash hit.
Nintendo wont release much this year at least until September. There wont be a proper direct until E3 if ever, its going to be twitter drops and not much else. Animal crossing carried them last year and monster hunter rise will probably do the same this year.
No breath of the wild this year, no real major releases. Nintendo will disappoint all of your expectations.

Why is everybody so convinced that Hellblade II is not coming out this year? I mean, by August this year it will be 4 years since Senua's Sacrifice released. On the other hand, you all seem pretty convinced that Insomniac will be able to put out three games in the span of 3 years, and you all seem pretty fine believing that GoW will be developed in a span of 3 years as well.
I'm really surprised to hear you all complaining about the PS5's interface. Weren't you all complimenting it (and criticizing Xbox's) two months ago because it "felt next-gen"?
Apparently someone anonymously leaked that both a major update and a "complete overhaul" are slated for March and Mid/Late summer 2021 for Cyberpunk 2077. I'm a little skeptical given how soon it seems, but I'm personally hoping it works out because I haven't bought or played it yet. Deep discounts please Microsoft/Sony/Anyone 🙏🥺🙏
Have to disagree with 41:34 – Sony is in a bad position this year: mopping up the PS5 demand and bot situation will be challenging for them until fiscal year 2021, and with CP2077 being a train wreck they don’t have a lot of sales driving this last quarter. Even if R&C releases in April, instal base of PS5’s will still be super small, driving sales down on a game that’s supposed to showcase the next gen features.
