  1. the thing with collecting video games is when you’re a fan of you anticipate that they remaster or a remake or port the game over for the next generation for you to be able to buy it. And that it plays as good as if not better than the original system. But no they can’t remake the game because they lost the license or no we can’t remake the game because they are Konami just asses. so you think there has to be like emulators somebody that I has it. I could just buy a Emulator play the games. But then you get the emulator and it’s laggy it’s glitchy, its not a complete game and it’s the pal version. Sony couldn’t even port Final Fantasy 7 onto the PlayStation classic it’s the FN Pal version 😒. So I buy those games in Multiples the price, and popularity Goes up and people start buying the game they take care of it and it makes it Into collections and into preservation.

  2. For Retro, he picks up a bunch of shitty games, but I think what he is trying to do is prove you can flip stuff to build a collection of games for free. Ratchet & Clank isn't expensive but it's good. Take those games with the occasional gem, and before long you have a hella good collection. Idk, good topic overall, would be nice if collectors in general figured it out and games that weren't true gems would stop rising.
