  1. random thought. why doesn't the balance team sort of rework the scaling certain items have on certain champions instead of messing with giving Champs killing power without items.

  2. 11:30 or so it doesn't matter if the rest of akshan's team is getting smoked. They go in 4v5 and trade 4 for 1 or 2 and then akshan gets one kill and brings back probably 2 of them. Good luck getting objectives like that

  3. Xerath idea: xerath gains a stack of instability whenever he uses an ability or lands an ability (max 50). Every stack increases his ap by 1.5, but increases his mana costs by 2%. Attacking an enemy consumes all stacks of instability, gaining 15 mana per stack, and gaining 1 move speed per stack. This effect is doubled against enemy champions (30 mana, 2 move speed). Xeraths w now slows by 25% plus 1% per two stacks. His e stuns for 1% longer per stack. Each cast of your ult adds 5 stacks, but the last shot consumes all stacks (you get 20 stacks with max level ult before they are consumed), deals bonus true damage per stack consumed based on ap (1% ap true damage per stack). So 50% of your ap as true damage at max stacks. You would need 25 stacks before you ulted to reach max stacks, but your ult would also cost 50% more mana.

  4. I just gotta say… Akshan is in no way a hard matchup for Riven. She should be able to easily beat him or keep him on the edge at least with her mobility, stun, and a knockup.

  5. Fun build, but the commentary was bad. You were too overconfident, saying you're unkillable and dying every fight. You have to let Leona work for you. Also Eclipse makes her tankier than you with less health.
