  1. a list of what i hope will be answered in this game, Lore wise

    – why do we have a victorian era with so many wierd creatures that doesnt feel like umbrella was behind any of this to begin with
    – why are the daughters and lady D evil to begin with? are they vampires, are they something else, do they have connection to umbrella in anyway,
    – why is ethan winthers so important to every1
    – will this game have any relation to any of the other resident evil games before 7,
    – will we get a full explanation on what is goin on and why,
    – can we atleast not get another tentacle boss fight thats slimy 😛

  3. Does anyone know who played through this?
They seemed to be legitimately out of the loop on a lot of stuff, so I assume not a dev, but they were also pretty familiar with the franchise based on how they used the knife and and figured out the torch puzzle, so it couldn't have been anyone at IGN

  5. If anyone here saw the spoiler video you guys know that spencer is related to the story because he is a former student of lady D. And the umbrella logo is originally a symbol of the castle when spencer took it and used it as a logo of umbrella

  6. I'm gonna call it now mother miranda is the foetus we have seen in the trailers the new mother miranda is Claire redfield infected with a virus from the foetus

This would explain why Chris killed mia perhaps it was the only thing he could do to get rose and ethan to the village rose is probably the cure and ethan is there to basically kill all the monsters but why can't Chris just take em out well I believe Chris is also infected and he will most likely be a lycan and this may stop him from turning on heisenberg and this is another reason why ethan was brought into this story to save Chris

  7. Looks like usual Resident Evil cheese, no real point in killing any enemy except bosses. Some bosses can't be harmed until you trigger a cutscene so you are just wasting ammo until you know when that is. Just run and sneak around picking up stuff until you find item X to put in Y. Will probably still get it as have completed every other RE game, I just wish we would see some real gameplay evolution. As it is it's just 20 year old game mechanics in a new area, with a pretty lick of paint and a fps viewpoint to make it look modern and fresh.
