Rosaria looks VERY F2P FRIENDLY! Prerelease Analysis! Builds, Weapons, Artifacts | Genshin Impact

Rosaria has many builds that will be very suitable for low budget/F2P players! I’ll be sure to demonstrate her viability when she’s released 🙂

Small correction, at 7:35, the nice cryo build’s artifacts should say “Normal Dmg” in the 2nd column instead of “Burst Dmg”.

  1. doesn't the skyward spine have a passive that deals physical damage as well? why wasn't it included in the calculations? I just wanna know since I got one in the standard banner thanks 😀

  2. My only worry is that, the patch notes released today, didn't state that she would be added to the standard pool, once her feature banner is over. I'm hoping it's just an oversight and she gets added in permanently like Diona/Xinyan. With that said, another spear user?! :< Oh well, at least there might be a use for the Dragonspine Spear that's just collecting dust right now.

  3. I don't think cryo main dps with chongyun is that niche. Unlike phys builds, cryo builds boost all her attacks, and running chongyun's E boosting 8% atk speed stacks very nicely with her easily attainable C1's 10% atk speed buff. 4 pc Blizz Strayer also has easier time building more crit dmg and atk% substats while still able to run a crit dmg headpiece. Phys builds have to run a crit chance head piece, and hope for more crit chance on substats, leaving little room for atk% as a tertiary substat. Phys also doesn't get the benefits of perma-freeze cc, taking another dps loss for having to dodge attacks.

Yeah i think you have it backwards. Phys builds seem niche to me.

  4. For DPS I have Hu Tao, Ganyu and Ningguan so I won't be using her as DPS and for cryo support Ganyu can do the work too with a 100% burst uptime so I don't know if I should spend some wishes for her…

  5. SInce Attack animations of Rosaria are slow, The best Weapon for her will be skyward spine(For Dps) which provides Attack Speed Boost + Very High Base Attack + Crit Rate boost + Vacuum Blades(Physical Procs) + Energy Recharge(Substats)… Crecent pike is best on Fast attacking characters
    Just My Opinion

  6. Great video, I think comparison to Razor would be quite relevant for F2P players especially considering she and Razor are on the two banners in 1.4 and people might have to choose between getting constellation for one of the two for their main physical carry

  7. She looks like she can cancel her 3-hit normal attack with a jump, maybe you can normal attack until 3 hit, jump+charged attack then elemental skill into second charged attack. Seems like a pretty high dps combo if my theory is correct.

  8. Your burst support build plan is exactly how i wanna use her. I already prepared favonius lance for her, plan to get at least c2, and use 4nobless with as much crit as possible. This way she can support my physical zhongli with superconduct for a whopping -60% phys res (-80% if i can c6 her), it's overkill i know.

  9. Forgetting the fact that Dragonspine Spear is dragged down compared to Crescent Pike by its low Base Attack when it comes to her Elemental Skill and Burst, which will do less damage. Also, for the Physical Carry list, does it only take into account a single 7-hit AA chain?

I mean, I'm sure anyone could see the problem with that, as a Physical DPS Rosaria is going to want to set up Superconduct and then swing away for a good bit while her teammate's skills are on cooldown. The Dragonspine Spear might do the most damage over the span of that first 7-hit chain, but then you get to 14 hits, 21 hits, and you're still waiting for the Icicle to finish its 10s cooldown. Meanwhile, the Crescent Pike will have been proccing the entire time, especially if your team has skills that remain on the field and provide more energy particles, like Fischl. If you had an attack speed buff that'd further improve the Pike's ability's output, whereas Dragonspine Spear is always going to be fixed on a 10 second cooldown.

Furthermore, because of the long period between Icicle procs, the damage output of Dragonspine Spear is quite vulnerable to getting screwed by RNG depending on how much Crit Rate you have. Finally let's not forget that the icicle can indeed miss opponents altogether, whereas the Crescent Pike's simply procs on every hit.

  10. The problem with most 4 star characters are their cons. Unlike 5 stars, you actually need cons for a majority of them. Most require c5 or above before being worth your investment. Shit like razor and fischl. Sometimes getting a c6 4 star is harder than getting one 5 star. If you know why the wep banner is a scam, you would know why 4 star rate up are semi scam too. I once pulled 100 times and never got the 4 star i wanted. Pure bs sometimes.

  11. Finally a proper analysis of her pre-release stats. Every other Rosaria video on youtube is just straight up useless, all they do is read her skills and list a bunch of arbitrary spears.
