Sheogorath’s Strawberry Tart – Elder Scrolls



In this video we are making Sheogorath’s Strawberry Tarts

Ingredients:
Sweet Crostata Dough:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup rye flour
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar
6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
2 tablespoons ice water or as needed

Sheogorath’s Tarts:
1 recipe Sweet Crostata Dough
1 quart strawberries
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup port wine
A few springs fresh thyme
8 ounces mascarpone
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons heavy cream

Since I was a kid, I have always loved the fantasy genre. I have fun making these recipes because I grew up hearing most of the names of these dishes. I am not a professional baker, cook, videographer, or editor.   2. I have never played elder scrolls but your recipes from that realm look great, this dish looks so good it actually makes me want to play the game. Great work FK, you never let me down and always make me hungry😂

  3. I love mascarpone cheese and that you only added a little cream and powdered sugar to it. It adds more creaminess and not too sweet. Strawberry juice with the port wine looks so pretty. I like the idea of cooking it with pork wine, it will give a nice contrast to the sweetness from the sugared strawberry. Great job on the crust, I am terrible at making pie crust haha. What a nice tart. I don't blame you for wanting to hurry so you can grab another slice 🤣. Your table cloth still looks great, I was worried about the strawberry/port wine juice dripping on it….whew! 👍LIKE #42
