Fair use is a legal doctrine that promotes freedom of expression by permitting the unlicensed use of copyright-protected works in certain circumstances. Section 107 of the Copyright Act provides the statutory framework for determining whether something is a fair use and identifies certain types of uses—such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research—as examples of activities that may qualify as fair use.

  1. the note on the paper said “cherishing the fact that you can you can lose anything precious” 💔💔 this mv is so beautiful, and this song hurts in a way none of their other songs do for me. the lyrics about losing the nature an animals in their home alluding to losing someone special to you.. the “im catching up” part just crumbles me every time i hear it. as you experience grief, life goes on around you and u have to deal with those emotions and speaking to the person or thing you’ve lost saying “ill catch up to you please wait for me” is soul crushing. chan and felix really did phenomenal with successfully creating one of the most heartbreaking songs in their discography yet somehow making it sound like a summer anthem😭 how they do it, im not sure but i admire their talent and emotions they portray

  2. As an Aussie this video made me cry when I first saw it. Obviously, this video and song is something that everyone can relate to on some level as that's the way they wrote it but it just hits a little bit differently as an Australian.
