MPX with the longest barrel and foregrip available. 20 round mags, a B5 precision stock and a prism scope. Whole thing costs 150k+ if you load with 7n31 or ap6.3. I call it "The Snipper"

Alright gun suggestions, the "California Compliant". Start with an adar lower, buffer tube and stock. You have to use 10 round mags. You're stuck using m855 or m193. You can use any upper. Barrel must be more than 16 inches. Hand guard of your choice and can only use angled foregrip or no grip at all because vertical grips are not compliant. Also can't use a suppressor or flash hider must be a muzzle brake

Take a standard saiga9/pp-19, put a 6P4 Sb-8V pistol grip, VPO-136 handguard, railed reciever cover, and a 20 round banana mag on it. remove the rear sights and lout it with pst gzh. put a high profile Trjicon RMR mount on it and have fun suffering
