  1. I'm pretty pumped at the idea of a new, AAA, LotR MMO. Hope they can deliver.

Just to clarify as well, the footage in this video is a mix of gameplay and trailers from other Lord of the Rings games (War in the North, Shadow of War, LOTRO). As of now, there has been no official footage released for this upcoming, Amazon, LotR MMO. Just to be sure no one is mislead.

I would use footage of the game we're talking about, but it doesn't exist yet. I figured showcasing other LotR gameplay is about all I can do in the meantime.

    Thanks for watching~!

  2. Can someone make some good mobile LOTR games? I think of a some genre, hero collection(marvel strke force), diablo-type(Pearl Abyss design some of the most beautiful graphic(the detail go as far as the flowers and grass), skill effect, game audio(pls use rock BGM or electronic)), LOTR-Street-fighter(capcom vs marvel), LOTR-Romance of Three Kingdom-stragegy(get Koei to make this) … LOTR-Asphalt 9-horse riding race(Asphalt 9 Legends), some kind of mobile mmorpg(w/o auto battle BUT with auto path auto quest), LOTR-BOTW(nintendo)open world adventure …

  4. Playable Prototype: June 1, 2021
    Closed Beta: Sep 30, 2022
    Open Beta: Jan 1, 2023

That's all everyone needs to know.
Seriously, companies think we aren't used to hear way too early announcements to spread word of mouth of the game, so investors investing, then years passed, hyped long died, game didn't age well, then shutsdown after not meeting ROI.

  5. Looks like it’s gonna be another wow clone (free to play + lotrs history of mmos), Korean skill-less button mashing mmo that’s all gear based … I hope I’m wrong but yea, this is how normie devs do mmos unfortunately.

  6. Oh no, a f2p game today basiclly means micro transactions and alot of them. Loot boxes and other bullshit will ruin this game as any other game. MMOs are supposed to be p2p or atleast unlock a p2p feauture with extra content instead of being full f2p this really lost the hype for me for this new MMO and that it's being developed by Amazon.. I used to play WoW in 2005-2008 and when Activison got a partnership with Blizzard the micro transactions began and the game forever changed in its new expansion back in 2008 and you can see how micro transactions really impacts an MMO. Look at the fall of WoW for an example

  7. It just goes to show that it takes more than throwing money at a game to develop it, something that Amazon game studios is starting to learn after producing heaps of shit.💩💩💩🤣🤣🤣

  9. The road to success includes alot of back steps and granted so far Amazon have not delivered but, who does deliver on their first attempt ? Very few this may be a miss but eventually they will get a hit, the road to success is a rocky one and most studios probably have the issues of Amazon game studios just most studios when they mess up are probably slot lower profile than Amazon game studios

  10. After playing new world, its really difficult to get hyped for this. Amazon has blown it 100 percent of the time with all of their games. I’m really hoping that this is miraculously good
