Seer is the most ridiculous thing ever added to this game. I only played
an hour or two today and I am done until they remove him or dial him
back. Even if you take his abilities out of the equation it's like being
off your tits on acid in an early nineties rave with all his lights and
noises flashing at you when he's around.
I still dont quite understand – the Hemlock is also a burst weapon and was I believe meta before a few seasons ago, but still why is prowler seen as the better weapon?
is it really just that its a "light" gun that allows you to ADS faster?
