Valheim is a game about an elite Viking craftsman, who occasionally decides to hop on a boat and engage in bloody battle against the God of Deer. For some reason.

You're not a true viking until you can turn wild boars into beef. Only Odin's blessing enables you to work such magicks.
is it wrong that jon not intuitively realizing food + time = burnt was hillarious to me? I know many games stop at done but something about that just cracked me up.
"This little piggy is now roast beef" 🤔
haha nice!!! I literally took a break from Valheim to watch you play Valheim.
"This little Piggy is now roast beef "?? Jon that's not how it works you know.
Can someone explain to me why this has gained so much popularity? It just looks like another Ark, Rust, etc, to me.
I was digging the vibe of this game until it came time to build a home. Had grass sticking through my floors and the roof kept falling apart. What's the point of having custom building if you have to build your little viking hut the way they want you to?
I'll pick it back up again at some point. Maybe a few years of dev time.
For now I'm enjoying 7 days to die. Its leaps and bounds a better game with similar gameplay elements.
At least in this you actually hold a spear LIKE a spear (as opposed to like a CLUB in Scumm) but why are you holding it UPSIDE DOWN?
outriders demo is out, "cover based shooter" that is a blast
Please keep playing this Jon, please!
"The boat plan is sort of working!" Not… not really… You could have killed him in a quarter of the time if you just used your shield and spear like you did with all the greydwarves.
I dont get why people like this game so much.
"So Odin threw down his foes and cast them into the tenth world" So this takes place in the Norsk version of Australia. Got it.
NO JON! NO raised houses. You need a strong foundation, structural integrity is a factor in this game. It may look alright at first, but a house without support will start to decay.
P.S Please put on your clothes thx
Hey Jon, there is a repair button on the workbench to repair your weapons and armor. Also the chopping block has to be next to the workbench to upgrade the bench to level 2. yours is too far away. Best of luck!
Fallout 76AD. I like it.
Is anyone having severe lag issues?
Jon you’ve been kind of a dimwit when it comes to the way you’re playing games recently
Um yeah, usually when you need a fire indoors a fireplace would the thing to have
looks like a less annoying version of Ark which is interesting
This is definitely a "I'm here for Jon" video. He can make anything entertaining and interesting.
definitely need to see this again
Who would win Jon or 5 feet of water?
Yes.
This looks like another unfinished survival game from last decade. Not saying it's bad, but I don't think I understand why is this one becoming popular, much less why is it being compared to Minecraft rather than Rust, Ark or even Day Z.
Have you ever considered playing Crying Suns? It's pretty much FTL: rts version
Livestream candidate? Oh, yes!
"This little piggie is now roast beef!" Um…Jon….
Very fun game but it definitely seems to shine when you've got a large number of players and are further on in the game. A lot of people aren't a fan of the PS2 style graphics, but I personally find them nostalgic and unique among survival games. This would be an awesome game to play on stream in the future.
What kind of pigs are you killing, if you are getting roast beef out of them jon? Lol
This game is really gorgeous, but I am just not seeing why there's so much hype in it. I love survivalcraft games in general, but the actual mechanics and systems of this one look incredibly generic and uninspired.
Viking Bang Blitzman
Oh I have been waiting for this. It's a good game, though it may take some grinding later (mining ores mostly).
And here's some tips:
-You were running naked most of the episode because your armor was worn (you can repair it for free at the crafting station), would have been much easier fight with the boss if you had at least leather armor on.
-Smoke builds under the the roofs (or floors in your case) and can kill you.
-There is secondary attack for most weapons, you can throw spear with a secondary attack for example.
-You should always watch your stamina, it regenerates faster when you have "rested" bonus, the higher the comfort level, the longer you will stay rested.
Jon, Kage848 videos helped me out loads. Maybe you should do a live stream of this one.
You might do better trying to kill the greydwarf brute if you run farther before firing. There's a reason we developed a ranged weapon that fires farther than you can throw a stick.
This is a fun game, you build you viking house, farm, kill loads of enemies, boss fights, you can play with friends on your own, all in all not a bad game, it might make a good live stream with hints from the viewers,
Ah Jon… you have shown yourself a TRUE viking, Odin see you and you have brought your family honor.
Many generations will tell the tales of Jon and the battle against the mighty beast…. on top of …a raft.
Day 292 of requesting zoo tycoon. I can't wait until Matt, Dan and Jon fight a troll… And miscommunication
37:20 "Okay, I've not got, I've not got the stamina to use my, my thing right now." I know that feeling.
One thing I do love about the game, is the smoke physics, it just makes things look so nice.
i love jon .how dare that dwarf not stand still and let u bucher him
Oh John, just walk ya cocking nob-end~
Also might behove ya to do some crafting in a crafting game~ but I'm still loving the content even if I'm yelling at the screen =P .
The boats are shockingly authentic. I became genuinely seasick while PLAYING thanks to a bad storm at sea
