The letβs play Valheim gameplay walkthrough part 2 includes a guide on how to summon and beat the first boss Eikthyr Solo by building a base to defend yourself. You will get a mineing pickaxe as a reward so you can get tin and copper. We will also cover starter house build tips and how to make a beehive so you can harvest honey to make mead. To Summon the first boss Eikthyr in Valheim you will need to make an offering to the mystical alter. You will need to get two deer trophies, you can find deer in the woodland and hunt them using sneak attacks before they run away or craft a bow to make it easier. To summon the boss just activate the shrine, I will share tips on beating the first boss in this video guide! After you have killed the first boss you can craft a mining pickaxe so you can get metal copper ore and tin in the black forest location.
Valheim is a new RPG survival game set in a huge open world that can be played solo or co-op by 1-10 players and optional PVP mode with action combat. The open world is procedurally generated and inspired by viking culture. Valhiem was developed by Iron Gate AB and published by Coffee Stain Publishing. I hope you enjoy this Valheim Letβs Play!

You can put a maximum of four cooking racks on a fire but I think you could put five you just need to get good placement
If you use a hammer and destroy the house that the beehive is on it has a 100% chance of dropping a queen bee

To make that house truly awesome would be to put something to block yourself from lighting yourself on fire, lol. Though I have noticed you can use falling trees to break trees you, otherwise, wouldn't be able to cut down. You can even use logs to destroy other logs, and trees, that your stone axe can't cut so you can probably get any and all wood in the game by rolling logs. Also another tip, if you find a bee hive that is high up in an abandoned house, like the one he had shown, you can break the house and let gravity do the work.
Im just so mad people who put so much more cotent are just pushde to the side while the big dogs are the only ones noiticeable
well.. I guess.. crafting shield is the better faster and easier way.. but, this way is cooler π you kinda cheese it π

I was gonna fight the boss but the shrine summon thing is across the map over an ocean.. great π then when I did make a raft and said for 10+ mins a serpent came and sunk my raft and killed me π nice

Loving the game, got it yesterday and played until 4 a.m. Going to start mining soon, mostly thanks to the tips here honestly I never played survival games before. Viking! π

You can deconstruct the wall that supports the beehive so that it falls and you get all the loot from it

You can just put a bench in the shack and "remove" the sections of the shack that are holding the hive to the shack to avoid getting to close to the hive

i beat eikthyr with the club and the starting rags. just buffed up with food and kept blocking with a shield.
Or just find honey and raspberries and have both on, and use a shield and spear ( things u can easily obtain ) Poke poke, block block, done
I learned a few hard lessons from him. 1. You drop EVERYTHING on you when you die. and B. You don't get a chance to try this fort method on anything but the first because he doesn't "despawn." If you go near that area, he'll be running around, still all pissed off and you will die.
