This what it needed, valorant didn't really have anything to properly warm up with or practice. Its really cool they added this but it would be even greater if they added servers for players like in csgo, where you could practice only pistols or assault rifles, etc. Or just play team death match… hopefully they do🙃

All thought that developing a gamemode takes like 4 months or more, but gamemodes are far easier to develop. In fact making an agent takes more time to create than a gamemode. Still they developed it very quick. I wonder how they prototyped the gamemode since the virus has blocked all the ways of server prototyping. Im absolutely amazed by how can the Riot's Valorant team works so fast and delivers very amazing gamemodes, skins, updates and patches while working from home. They are truly amazing.
Edit: This game was released from home. That makes it even more amazing.

The only thing I would change is the time/kill cap of the mode. Maybe it will be a good place to do some dailies but the biggest goal of the mode will be pratice, practice, practice. Having the game end every 6 or less minutes and queue for another could get tiring.
Yeah now I don't have a excuse to buy kovaaks

Deathmatch sounds fun and is way better than spike rush. Hopefullyi can use this gamemode to lvl up the battle pass faster and funner than in spike rush

FFA DM is still in BETA. They already said they are watching this mode from day 1 it come and see what new changes they can put in the next patch.
