The Hex-claw that Viktor and Jayce present to Heimerdinger (along with the Atlas Gauntlets) is a reference to his laser arm in game, and possibly an origin for him to use it in season 2. Can't wait to see it!
Maybe it would help if i tell you what Elderwood-Veigar is based on. Because it´s a reference to Skull-Kid from "The Legend of Zelda: Majoras Mask".

At this point someone must have tell u the Urf lore but im gona tell anyway. Urf the manaty was a champion who was gona release in april 2010. Riot gave we us his splash art and even his skills, but when the day come, ops.. april fools!! warwick ate urf and we instead get the warwick urf skin ( it cost only 1 rp that day) later the money of buying the skin will be donated to real life manaty preservation efforts. During the years urf became the símbol of april fools for league.in the old halloween map is ghost would appear ( if u where warwick he will atack you for 1 damage) he was so beloved by the comunity the april fool skins usually include a urf theme one, they name a special game mode after him U.R.F. ( ultra rápid fire) and his spatula is a staple item in teamfigth tactics
I'm seeing that Sam is not a big fan of fun/silly skins on otherwise badass champions. Which is to be expected for a new player. Once you become a veteran and are jaded by the game and its community, the silly skins provide some of the only joy you can find anymore LMAO
Yeah, i had the same reaction with Vex's Dawnbringer skin. They should've at least gave her an actual color scheme because her colors are just a mess. The pink, blue, white, and gray don't match well together. I feel like if they're gonna do a Dawnbringer skin for Vex, her color scheme should be something like light blue to white with some gold bits around. The pink is really the thing that makes me hate this skin. It's too polarizing, and it doesn't really symbolize anything because as far as I know, none of the other Dawnbringer skins have a strong pink color in them. So even if I got this skin, I'll just stick to classic Vex because her base form is magnificent.
I'm pretty sure Viktor's 2 original skins are references to Cyrax and Sektor from mortal Kombat

A thing about all these "Urf" skins, is that Urf the Manatee was teased as a "new Champion", only for it to be revealed to be an April Fool's joke. At the end, Riot said "oh no, Urf can't join League because he got eaten by Warwick, how sad", so they released an Urf skin for Warwick. However, when people bought the Urf skin, Riot decided to donate all the proceeds they made from the skin sales to a "Save the Manatees" Charity, which proved to be a great success. So on every subsequent April Fools, they released an Urf skin (Corki, Tahm, Nami, and Fizz also have Urf skins), and all the proceeds they made from that skin went to charity. So when Warwick got his big visual update, they updated his old Urfwick skin, but that one was a limited event skin, so they couldn't bring it back for people who wanted to buy the updated version, so they simply re-released it, hence why Warwick has two identical Urf skins.

Volibear is already a god. And its true form is more like in the thousand pierced bear ,but humans used to saw him like a bear, cuz he wanted to look like that. Thats right, not only he is a power house in physically he is also very good at manipulating human's brain with his psychic powers. In realty he is literally a walking nightmare, but he choosed to look like a strong bear so that people can worship him instead running away the moment they see him

Vayne's Heart Seeker skin in LoL PC is different from Wild Rift, they pretty much rework that skin exclusively for Vayne. You should compare it because it WAY different than PC.

You should pretty much compare LoL PC Champion and Skins to Wild Rift. Side by Side because some Champion and their skins have little changes for mobile (specially Thresh's default skin)

Fun fact: Varus is 1/3 Darkin and 2/3 gay. Valmar and Kai were two Ionian warriors who fell in love, but when Noxus invaded them Kai fell in battle. Valmar took him to a mystical well that was said to grant wishes. Noxian troops were searching for a Darkin weapon that was hidden in the surroundings of the well and attacked Valmar and Kai. Valmar jumped into the well and found Varus, the Darkin Bow, and the three consciences merged into one, creating the Darkin warrior Varus. That's why you see him coming out from a pool in his base splash-art.
Vayne has some good skins, too bad she’s a horrific person in the lore. I used to play as her a lot because she reminded me of Batman lol
