Enemy team doesn't get to move and you might be decently tanky! Maybe run Conqueror if you're having trouble staying alive.

Zwag, when doing global attack builds, remember the chemtech fog gives up to 10% extra damage against champions with more health than you. That includes using Karthus ult for example!
