After months of testing between the Shadowlands Beta and Alpha, and 27 videos comparing all the changes that happened weekly, today we try to summarize and answer all the various questions surrounding tanking so you can pick the one that is best for you.
I tried to avoid making this a tier list style video, as things will continue to change, and I don’t feel like ranking tanks is helpful to people who are unsure if they would like to play a tank or not.
Use my opinions on them to formulate your own, and you could do the ranking!

During BfA, I kinda moved away from tanking partially because I started a year after release and was so far behind and also because I wanted to try other classes but now towards the end I have moved towards tanking again and I played Blood DK and Vengeance DH and I must say that I might even gravitate to DH more now especially because I always found DKs very immobile and over the years through other games I have become very attached to good mobility of characters. For professions, I ran Blacksmithing in BfA and was building an Alchemist but I had to stop because of real-life matters. But I can say I will probably play both classes during Shadowlands.

Was thinking of maining prot pala in order to help the group more (bfa I mained blood dk, and was doing fine while other was dying) but you seem very negative towards pala. I guess I need to rethink.

Monk for my main love stacking brews up and using it ready for big pulls or boss nukes etc plays real good when u got double keg to its smooth along with aoe stun and the phys group dps increase and easy mode kiting really enjoying the monk even over DH plus you get the bonus of a healer off spec if u want to chill raid. Paladin and Druid playing catch up as alts. but when it comes to HIGH keys like 20s I really do think druid and monk will shine. Thanks for the series you put alot of time and effort into all these vids and logs top notch my man.

I'll definitely be going with the Blood DK, I love healing myself up to full instantly but it must give my healers a heart attack
is the longer flask duration still in the shadowlands? I could not find anything on that.
Another great video. I think anyone looking to get into tanking should watch your content. From my experience, you are dead on. It is reassuring for people to hear that any tank can work up until crazy levels, and it's more about a person being good at their class. There are definitely big differences between the tanks and it's important for people to know the good and bad. Thanks!
Good that you're in the school of "play whatever is fun for you". Kungen says the same thing. I was watching him a few weeks ago trying to solo Mythic0's on the beta on his prot warrior just for shits and giggles and he really didn't do that bad…even on the bosses he attempted.
