11:15 i also stopped rushing tier two boots this season, and the reason is simple: items are too expensive and once your enemy finishes their first item it is such a huge power spike you need to try and save as much money to get your item completed as soon as possible so i doesnt hurt as much, one more reason why this season was so awful for singed lol

Sett is such a stupid champ honestly. His ult overrides fling and consumes the cooldown, if they engage on you with that and you had fling buffered you can't get away anymore :/
