Sometimes I wonder if games really sale consoles. When you look game sales compared to consoles sold it’s not convincing at all 7.2 million player count so should probably be less than 7m copies sold out of 114 million PS4s. Whar is the 107 million other players doing ? Games that have between 25 mil to 75 mil players are Minecraft, FIFA games, CoD games GTA5 …

Hey mark, great video. Fps boost is not similar to boost mode on ps4 pro. Because for all improvements on ps dev had to do work on code. Even for the ps5 versions of ps4 titles dev had to do work . On xbox auto hdr , fps boost work without anything from an original studio. There is no patch needed, no ssd needed, but it only works with series consoles. Ms bc team testing 100.000. of hours games in the library of over 3500 titles from 4 generations to make sure the boost dont harm the original game. Cutscenes , animations tied to the framerate. All this have to considered first. After all is approved they send the build to the developer and they decide if they allow xbox do the game on fps boost. Only then xbox can use that. So its very diffrent. But the results are excellent. Watchdogs2 is now a fantastic game with smooth animations, fast load times, draw distance, sharper texture, pc like camera movement on gamepad, i tested it out. Realistic lighting, no stutter in crowded scenes, audio is phenomenal, npcs react to you. Driving physics are great now. I couldnt play it before on consoles and i dont own a strong pc but the engine is better than gta5 and 60 fps is a game changer. And if you own it try it out , not for the story just for the world and see the Potential ms can give to games and their own titles. I am deeply inpressed. And i looking forward to what games are coming. I own more than 800 games from 4 generations of xbox and some ps games as well. But dont underestimate this first step . Media will do it, as always .
The series x is the best all around system i don't know why people cannot see this. I mean damn, FULL BC, auto hdr, gamepass, 1440p support vrr, fps boost,more powerful, etc..

I honestly don't think the ps5 can handle giving a fps boost. They're already over clocking it. It's doing all it can to hang with the series x in performance but it already falls short.
