I have both the XSX and XSS, both on very similar 55" 4K OLED's. The drop in resolution going from the XSX to XSS is so rough that I'll be sending the XSS and getting the digital PS5 to replace it. Huge Xbox but the Digital PS5 is THE best budget console this gen. You get the same experience as it's more expensive counterpart for a cheaper price.
