I'm using a 4 pc glad with insane substats too. So i cant really get better artifacts than those. I got a crit rate helmet with deathmatch giving me 89 crit rate but i still got 140 crit damage from the substats. Getting better artifacts feels impossible
I'm running 2x Glad + 2x Bloodstained with Vortex Vanquisher.
I think Bolide would be better, but I've got great substats on my Artifacts, so I really can't complain.

Yeah zhongli might not hit as hard as razor or keqing but he will make it up for it with speed and fast amounts of damage
