In game it will show Zhongli having 25% increased powershield/fortification, but it isn't actually giving the correct value to his shield, or something to that effect anyway. All I know is, His shield will be even stronger now. Also I think the primos are only for the people that have Zhongli, not entirely sure though.

First when i got zhongli i was like 😥. And after watching your video i was like 😀
it was only bugged for that one day and fixed right away. For anyone else who was using zhong li since before his older shield was fortifying properly. Something with the recent updates bugged it out.
I suspect every single thing about zhongli is bugged which is why he is weak which mean zhongli is as powerful as venti(how it should be cuz theyre archons) instead of venti cc its zhongli shield(after buff)

I kind the hope they change how the passive talent works IMO, i mean just 5% and u have to get hit 5 time for full effect and the shield normaly break at 3rd or 4th hits so it doesnt really changes thing much in gameplay . Maybe change to 10% each hit but only stack 2 time ?

Ive played game before that uses this kind of tactic to buff or nerf a character. When devs wanna nerf or buff a character they'll just put it in patch as "bug fix". Kinda weird that they just found this out now. Idk whether mihoyo is really doing this or not but I feel like they are trying way too hard to please the people who shit on zhongli

🌸😌It should not be thought of his shield was bugged, but rather as Zhongli slowly awakening to his true potential and displaying said power before the eyes of his detractor.
It is just another revelation that shall now result in the typical damage-per-second-hawk (dps-hawk) further regretting their disastrous decision and comical decision not to pull for the Geo Archon.
Should you not have desired Zhongli at his perceived worst, you do not deserve him at his perceived best, thus it is so that these nuggets of gold, the continued positive news surrounding, shall serve as a momentous reminding of said folly😌🌸
