Cait has arcane skin
A more accurate comparison for Jayce instead of Starlord would be Tony Stark which I am pretty sure a Riot member even once said was the Inspiration for Jayce.
Cause he is kind of like a super hero who invents weapons and is also supposed to be very attractive.
Viktor was originally created to be Viktor Von Doom; he was Jayce's Saturday Morning Cartoon villain complete with running away, shaking his fist, and saying "I'll get you next time, Jayce".
It wasn't until the Lore Rework that he became someone who wants to help people (and going any further into that could be heavy Arcane spoilers).
Lux doesn't have the most skins in the game.

I missed your stream again (sad panda) but I wanted to point out a reference you didn't catch for the base splash arts of Jinx, Cait and VI which all feature the semi-circle window (also seen in Arcane as their training room). VI is in front of the window, Cait is standing inside the building/other side of window and Jinx has graffiti the outside window/same spot as VI. ALSO ALSO, a similar window is featured in the music video Warriors with Cait, again, standing in front of the window. Can't wait to catch the next stream/video!

The Creator Viktor skin is from the battlecast universe where Viktor goes crazy and turns everything to machines (battlecast skins) and some people rebel (resistance skins) it's a cool skinline

The crime city skins were originally called "mafia" skins. But for political reasons riot games decided to rename them to "crime city". And the medieval twitch and rusty blitzcrank are maybe in the top 5 rarest skin in league of legends.
