  1. While I'm enjoying the game's story and really enjoying Keanu Reeves's portrayal of Johnny Silverhand, this game outside of the bugs lacks in so many ways. If you told me this was released in 2015, I'd believe you. The systems are outdated, the weapons and the perks are very lackluster and dont get me started on some of the whole "RPG" element of this game.

Like Wood mentioned in his review, if you play corpo, there is nothing corpo about your starting path! What happened to the starting mission!?! Why can't I go after the person trying to screw both yourself and your boss over!? Then you find your old boss later in the game and it amounts to nothing at all!! He literally goes kamikaze on V. What is the purpose of that!?!

Overall, this game frustrates me to no end but I'm 50+ hours in and I'll finish it at some point after that, maybe I'll go back to AC Odyssey and play the DLC or actually play through Red Dead Redemption 2. At least those games work without bugs and have systems that make sense!

  2. CDPR could take a page out of the Hello Games playbook: go silent, stop doing damage control dedicated to major media outlets, have a team that talks with the fans and analyzes suggestions and get to work fixing the game at its roots.

  3. Is anyone really surprised? Preventing people from showing footage unless it was from CDPR themselves, no last gen console review codes, features that looked way too advanced for a developer that has experience with only one open world game.

There were red flags all over the place.

Honestly what CDPR should do at this point is take the game they have, optimize the engine for current gen consoles and PC only, and spend another 3-4 years improving on everything that needs to be improved upon. Call it "Cyberpunk 2077 Reborn" or whatever. Don't give up on the game.

  4. RDR2 had around 2000 people working on the project. CP2077 had 500. freakin crazy that they even got this far since 2016 if you ask me. CDPR really needs to hire proper management and hire more staff to complete a massive project in the way they want to do things.

  5. Anyone else really wanna take a swing at the dude in the apology video, not even for us because of the crap game we got but for the devs he worked to the bone?

  6. Working in IT, I can tell you a lot of the time it's not the team or even the team's leadership that decides when a product is ready. Often times Product Managers are pushed by executives to get a release out on time. I wouldn't be surprised if the leadership for this project was either too focused on making executive staff happy or forced into releasing a project not ready.

  7. "Our testing didn't show…" bullshit mate. If you bothered to do any sort of QA, you would have testers flagging hundreds and hundreds of bugs on top of their games crashing constantly, and the mangement had to pick and chose which bugs they would have the team fix and which ones they had no time for. I can't imagine what was going through his head when he had to tag "Non functioning police system" and "Dissapearing crowds" bug reports as low priority 😀

  8. I didn't even played cyberpunk, but ohh my I love the drama this is giving.
Now we just need to hope that other dev teams, no sorry management teams, learn from their mistakes. Gamers aren't nice if you give them a half finished cookie

  9. On my 6th play through on XboxSX, best fun I have in game is getting the Mantis blades, and double jump and basically killing cops till they end me. Sort of playing the trailer scene, cant find that woman's outfit though.🤔🤭😉🤣
