Cyberpunk 2077 is now out and even though it’s sales have been massive it’s release was a disaster. The game is bugged ridden and looks nothing like the shown footage. Patches are being worked on but CDPR are now offering refunds for unhappy customers.

  1. the only problem I had so far with Cyberpunk 2077
was the palm trees I saw that broke the game. But after I updated my drivers all was good. PC user
    GPU Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080
    intel i7 6700K

With consoles, I stopped bothering after Sega Saturn haha a nice waste of money if you have spare of them

  2. As if anyone was surprised.
I have made it my business to buy games maybe a year later when they are on sale. Much cheaper, most bugs are fixed, more complete editions.
Don't know why people still think that they have to have every new release immediately. In the video game industry, it pretty much always pays to wait.

  3. considering you are a drama channel , and i personally like the game (high end pc) i wont downvote or upvote the video , but saying EVERYONE is mad is a big fat lie , statistics made independently of CDPR show that around 80% of the ppl who bought the game are happy with it . i know its hot news and its money to be made dumping on the game with the highest hype ever, but my god is it getin g tiresome hearing everyone just bitching and moaning about it

  4. I played rough 14 hours and I decided to leave it aswell. I will wait until majority of the fcked up shit is fixed and until I upgrade my PC, which might be in summer. But the game has so many core issues I don't think it will ever be fixed just like some bugs in Wichter 3 and that saddens me.

  5. It's still nothing compared to anything Bethesda puts out. They take the word 'Broken' and then break it even further until it has no meaning anymore.
Compared to Fraud Howard, this is a masterpiece.

  6. Disaster launch? All I hear is bugs and glitches. And mainly on ps4's and xbox's.. I'm doing okay. and I actually laugh at the glitches and bugs. Shareholders and the people that were mad at them for delaying the game are the ones to blame. In my opinion.

I think the launch went pretty good. The game is still playable for me.

  7. So glad I got the PC version as a gift because it plays really well on PC and I have no regrets. I feel bad for you PS4 players, you should refund the game and get the PC version instead.

  9. Step 1: Never pre-order. Why give your money for a product that's not even finished?
Step 2: Wait. In these times, when do games launch without bugs and glitches these days. (We'll patch it later)
Step 3: Enjoy a full game (with DLC) at a lower price and for the majority already fixed.

The fault of all this always start with us the gamers. You encourage them to make unfinished games.

  10. I got it on monday, ive been pretty jaded with games lately but gd this is phenomenal. Only bug ive had was a few npcs stood in tables or half clipped in a wall. After figuring the settings (lower res means you gotta go higher on postproccesing) it ran smooth on a 1070ti high settings 1080p

  11. They should've cancelled the PS4 and XBox One versions, which would've sucked for many ppl owning those… But like, in 2018 Cyberpunk 2077's demo looked like GTA5 (which released back in 2013) and this probably would've been fine for PS4 and XBox One, but because they had to delay it so much new consoles released and the standards for quality graphics improved… So you gotta choose between an uglier game or cutting off some people (or making 2 versions, though the people on PS4 and XBox One would still complain about it looking a lot worse than PS5 or PC) and they choose neither option and went with the third option of a beautiful game that everyone can play in theory… Except not really…

Just think of how the devs initially imagined Cyberpunk 2077 to look back in like 2011/2012 or so when development started and people were getting excited about GTA5… It's like if you look at World of Warcraft in the early alpha when the models looked straight out of Warcraft 3 and then by the time 2004 came around it looked WAY better… Except unlike WoW, Cyberpunk 2077 ran into the problem of not just being a PC exclusive and having been expected to be a major PS4/XBox One release… And you can't really upgrade your PS4, at least not easily… Those specs ain't changing as the years go by…

I feel like the problem was a bit unprecedented (at least to this scale as far as I am aware) and they just made a bad decision by not cutting off the PS4 gen of consoles…
