  1. 3:45, no this isnt true, you might come across some teams where it is, and if youre in like iron 1 or 2 it probably is true, but anywhere above that it isnt. I'm bronze 1 and my team and the enemy always rotates, fakes, etc

  2. elo hell doesnt end at bronze.
    elo hell ends at whatever rank you consider yourself to have as a minimal goal.
    so in my case that would be radiant.
    it can be platinum for someone, but this vid doesn't really apply to the full extent of "elo hell".
