Jesus Christ supports are going to be even more elo inflated than they already are.
Imagine cho gath going evenshroud and being even more tanky especially early on and doing more damage with his E and Q in team fights.
Cosmic Drives passive can actually be really usefull for Aurelion Sol. Since he can easily land his Q and hit 3-4 stars with his W. This would not only make the last 1-2 stars that hit more stronger because of the extra 40 AP but also because of the movement speed he can easily distance himself again.
Where did Mid Morgana go in the tier list?
I really feel the 25% refund item is super overrated. you have to kill 4 people for a full reset, and at least 2 to 3 to maybe cast it again during the same fight. at which point the fight is more than likely already won. Pretty good early for sure

Tbh it's just screaming battle mage. And most of all vlad. Free phase rush on cosmis means you can just always go for electrocute.
2% more scaling on his health to AP, I wonder if that double dips!
His W and E slow. So even horizon focus is possible.
And all the new items give HP which vlad gains more bonuses from than anybody else.
Or maybe a niche idea i have:
First strike – 10 bonus damage
Ult – 10% bonus damage
Horizon focus – 10% bonus damage… JUst fcking imagine a vlad that deals 30% more damage to you xD

Horizon's Focus changes look incredible for Lissandra tho…
Bro Tank Rhaast will literally be a monster Sunfire, gauntlet,Hydra, cleaver, winters/manamunne, CD boots like woah plus the Rhaast buff and he'll be op for top lane to not S tier but still kinda scary if you think about it. His wave Management is good, Rhaast is OP if he is up against a tank champ and he can forcefully create a team fight
