PS5 is holding back the SEX! yeah PS5 made all XBX games run worse than the PS5 editions!!!! in xbx fanboys dreams… yeah PS5 is holding back the creativity of the entire games industry!!! yeah PS5 made spencer show us and their fans an underwhelming halo, PS5 made xbx not make a dualsense! Its definitely the other way round more like!!! its the SEX and S and og XBX1 and S!

  17. Photo mode is as close as Xbox Series X is going to come to it's theoretical specs, in which case, it ought to get better results than PS5. In fact, it's almost exactly the type of difference you'd expect to see IF* we took theoretical power at face value.

    Problem is, however; actual games don't spend all their resources on a single screen, but SEVERAL, every second. Processing peed becomes a factor.

    PS5 is designed around the philosophy of moving large amounts of data at VERY high rates. Key-word there is RATES. Putting virtually all your resources behind displaying a single screen doesn't characterize these "rates." You need actual gameplay to do that, which is where PS5 has been dominant, and for very rational/technical reasons[speed has a more direct impact on in-game performance than simply adding more compute units… which need more WORK to keep them properly fed, and still wouldn't guarantee 100% efficiency]

    Digital Foundry's "benchmark" is as useful to ACTUAL gameplay as those Xbox Series X paper specs are. If people want to exploit that, no problem. The L's that will eventually come will be all the more hilarious.

  18. ooooh! "should?" i thought Sony is hinting that they are maybe most probably likely definitely going portable! why would they restrict it to japan only!!!! Switch isnt japan only!!!!?? if sony released a portable only in japan thats just a way of killing it because most people will want to import it!!!……

  19. i think portable device from sony is inevitable for me imo… theres a pattern (psp / ps3) (psvita / ps4) plus all the hints and trademarks hint theyve been thinking and researching etc… true the pattern might be broken this gen but again its all money on the table sony isnt taking… fans are desperate to play all the old gen stuff as well/catch up on old stuff on the store… i think it might have to do with several things they have to get to align together… like back compat and figuring out how to allow back compat what type of service etc it will be key to the new handheld and vice versa key to sonys rumoured new psn+ psn+ pro?? ryan has said there are more features to be revealed…. wait i watched a vid the other day that mentioned those rare back button addons are coming to dual sense???? as well as a new dualsense 2.0??? plus i seem to believe hhg knows something

  25. So here's the logical fallacy about the Xbox "power narrative". Just because Xbox has a slightly faster CPU and a more than slightly more powerful GPU, and even faster RAM (well, some of the RAM anyway) it doesn't mean that the overall combined performance of the system has to be faster than the PS5. Maybe, just maybe, the PS5 is using all of is slightly slower components (save the SSD) more efficiently than the Xbox. A monster truck has a much bigger engine with way more horsepower than a Ducati motorcycle, but which one is going to go zero-to-60 faster?

  28. Japanese gamers are weird :/
    Personally I have zero interest in handheld gaming. I've owned a Switch for over 3 years and never take it out of docked mode. Fuck gaming a shitty little screen when I have a 50" 4K TV.
